Squad Goals: Defined by Hannah Fugazzi and Taylor Selfridge

So last week I posted a post about Are You The One's Hannah Fugazzi and how she is a strong women. That is still true. Every week I watch the episodes and I am inspired by her in another way. I have started to watch her and Taylor's lives on instagram as well. That is where the inspiration for this post came from. I have written a few posts about friendship in relation to how you become friends with someone and what a friend is. This time it is all about what squad goals really are and I am using the friendship of Hannah and Taylor to define that.

Hannah and Taylor met on Are You The One. Ever since then they have been best of friends. They don't live near each other as Taylor is in Washington and Hannah is in California, but that doesn't stop their friendship from being absolutely amazing. Many of their fans on twitter constantly are tweeting at them that they are Squad Goals, Want to be their friend, want to join their clique. It is one of those friendships that radiates.

Hannah and Taylor know how to have fun. They show you how to just enjoy life and live. They don't let anything get them down and they don't let anything keep them from living. They are definitely people who can laugh, joke, and enjoy their lives. As friends, that is something you want. You want to be able to have a friend who is strong like you, who can have fun with you, who can laugh with you and at you. You want to be able to enjoy life and not be around people who get broken down easily.

On a live video they did on instagram one night, Taylor talked about how Ozzy had broken Hannahs heart. The way she said it just showed that she was protecting Hannah. She was there to defend her friend, to show that she would be the one to stand up for her, even if Hannah couldn't stand up on her own (which she did stand up on her own). Taylor was being the best friend everyone wants. Someone who is standing up for their friend and protecting them and being strong for them when they get their heartbroken. She was the one who most people want to be when their friend is dating someone.

Hannah is a strong person in general. I mentioned that in the last Are You The One Post I wrote. However, she goes after what she wants and she stands up for herself. This was shown in this weeks episode again. Hannah is someone you want as a friend. She is the person you want on your side, because not only will she stand up for herself, she will stand up for you. This is what it means to be a friend and to have a friend. To have someone who will stand up for themselves and you and defend you to anyone and everyone they need to.

Just like on Hannah's live last night, she mentioned how she held Taylors wallet. She then went on to say that if your perfect match doesn't hold your wallet, are they really your perfect match? To which I respond, no. These two are perfect matches for sure.

These two know how to have fun too. They drink, go out, have fun, dance around, joke, and just have a good time. That is what life is all about. They re squad goals. They are the type of friend you want to be and the friend you want to have. They are the types of people we need more of in this world. They inspire me to be better and to be a good friend. I want to be on their level of friendship. They even got matching tattoos together. What more could you ask for in a friend?

These two girls have inspired my squad goals because of everything they are. The way they act, talk, and just live. This is the type of friends I want and the fact that my inspiration lately has been Hannah, just proves that she inspires people. Taylor does too, she inspires everyone just as much. She is strong, independent, and doesn't let people tell her what to do. The two of them are strong women. They stand tall when people try to knock them down and that is what life is all about. So to be best friends, that is what friendship is all about.
